These are some of the journals that I have decorated this year in memory of my little girl, for Yasminah's Gift of Hope. These journals are given to families that saddly experience the miscarriage, still birth or neonatal loss of their precious baby, for the family to record all their precious memories in. The journals are all lovingly decorated by volunteers throughout Australia & are distributed to families through Hospitals & YGOH themselves.
